Ingenuity Project Inc.'s mission is to prepare and launch the next diverse generation of nationally competitive STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) leaders from Baltimore City Public Schools and that if their program is to provide STEM opportunities to students in Baltimore City, then their student population should look like the demographics of Baltimore City.
